1) Where are you exactly?
Our structure is located few footsteps away from Rialto Bridge and from the homonym vaporetto (waterbus) stop: after you’ve finished descending the last steps of Rialto Bridge (Saint Mark Square side), if you proceed straight on, you will find yourself in a tiny square called Campo San Bartolomeo (or Campo San Bortolo for the Venetians), here you will find a Pharmacy and to it’s right a covered porch, called Sotoportego del Pirieta; by entering it, after few footsteps, you will find our red sign on your left. 

2) Since your address is San Marco 5303, are you close to Saint Mark Square? 
No, Venice is kind of a maze; we actually are in front of Rialto Bridge, on Saint Mark Square side.

3) Which is the opening time of your Reception? 
From Monday to Friday Reception opens at 8:00 AM and closes in between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. During Weekends Reception opens at 8:00 AM and Closes in between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. 

4) Can we check-in outside of the opening time?
It is possible to check-in starting from 9:00 AM of your arrival day, up until 8:00 AM of the following day: if your arrival time should be later than closing time, you still will be able to take posession of your room just by going to our depandance, few footsteps away from us, where you will receive your set of keys and a letter with all the instruction you will need, plus thewifi password.

5) At what time do we have to leave the room on our check-out day? 
On check-out day you have to leave the room at MAXIMUM 11:00 AM.

6) Can I leave my luggage here? Up until when?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the Reception from Monday to Friday up until 7:00 PM, and during the weekend up until 1:00 PM.

7) Why don’t you have an elevator?
Our structure is located inside of an ancient Palace, with more than 400 years of history, which means it was built way before elevators were invented.

8) Why don’t you built an elevator?
Other than the Caligraphic bonds imposed by the Superintendent of Cultural Heritage, the structure (because it’s ancient) wouldn’t be able to phisically host an elevator, because there is not enough space.

9) How can I book at your place with the best prices?
