From 24/08/2011 the Municipality of Venice has established the tourist tax (2,50 euros per night per person in high season, the 70% in low season) which IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to check-in (at 10.30 am) without paying any fee.
If you cancel your reservation later than 7 days prior to check-in (at 10.30 am), we will charge you the price of one night stay.
If you do not cancel your reservation and you do not check-in (NO-SHOW), we will charge you the total amount of your stay.
